Pērerika Ngahuruhuru Kaihihi, near Rotorua The boundaries are shown on the surveyor’s map. The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Tauranga.
Pērerika Ngahuruhuru Te Tawhao, near Maketu The boundaries are shown on the surveyor’s map.
Pokai and others Kaituna, near Maketu Commencing at Te Tumu it runs along the sea coast till it comes to Wairakei, it then runs in a Southerly direction along the Government boundary to Ōtara, it turns in a Norther-easterly direction along the boundary of Te Puke, it crosses the Kaituna river, and goes along Mr. Turner’s survey of the boundaries of Pukaingataru and Papanui and comes to Whakapau-korero, it continues on in the new survey to Totarakaria, and goes straight to Te Tumu—it is shown on the survey—this is the piece which was surveyed by Mr. Simpson; the map is in the office.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Tauranga, on 12th September next and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons, whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons, deceased, whose names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
