I THE undersigned, GEORGE RYRIE ALEXANDER, hereby make application to register the “REFORMED GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies, Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is, the “Reformed Gold Mining Company.”

  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Four thousand Pounds, in Four thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in Cash is Nil; the amount already paid-up in fully paid-up shares, granted to the promoters of the Company, is Three hundred and seventy Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is George Ryrie Alexander.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Queen-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—
