REGINALD WILLIAM NUTTALL, for Self and Party: 15 years’ lease of 15 acres; known as "Specimen Hill" Gold Mining Company, in the vicinity of the "New Zealand" Gold Mining Company, Paul’s Creek, Coromandel; application notified in Gazette No. 3, dated 8th January, 1870, page 17.

It is hereby notified that Leases have been refused to the Applicants named in the Schedule hereunder, and that the land therein mentioned, in so far as not occupied under Miners’ Rights, is now open for occupation. Plans may be seen at the Engineer’s Office, Coromandel.

THOMAS KIRK, on behalf of himself and others: 15 years’ lease of about 18 acres; bounded on the North by the "Kapanga" Gold Mining Company’s ground, Easterly by the "Coromandel" Gold Mining Company’s ground, Southerly by private property, and Westerly by unoccupied ground; known as the "Coromandel Extended Company’s" Claim; application notified in Gazette No. 78, dated 13th October, 1869, page 1318.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

It is hereby notified that the several Mining Leases set forth in the Schedule hereunder have been cancelled on account of non-execution, and that all rights, privileges, and claims in respect of the applications for the same, are deemed to have been forfeited, and that the land therein mentioned, in so far as not occupied under Miners’ Rights, is now open for occupation. Plans may be seen at the Engineer’s Office, Grahamstown.
