EBENEZER GOLD MINING COMPANY.

I THE undersigned, James Parsons, hereby make application to register the "Ebenezer Gold Mining Company" (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the "Ebenezer Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand two hundred Pounds, in Three hundred and sixty shares of Twenty Pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is in Cash Nil; and in partly paid up shares is Five thousand four hundred Pounds, being estimated value of the Mine.
  5. The name of the Manager is James Parsons.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Queen-street, Auckland.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each are as follows:—

THE undersigned, John McDonald, hereby make application to register the "Ebenezer Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the "Coromandel Long Drive Quartz Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of operations is at the Tokatea Block at the Coromandel Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Three thousand Pounds in Three thousand shares of One Pound each.
  4. The amount already paid up in Cash is Nil, and Two thousand two hundred and fifty pounds, in partly paid up shares, being the estimated value of the Mine.
  5. The name of the Manager is John McDonald.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Pollen-street, Shortland.
