It is hereby notified that the Applications for Mining Leases, set forth in the Schedule hereunder, have been withdrawn, and that the land therein mentioned, in so far as not occupied under Miners’ Rights, is now open for occupation. Plans may be seen at the Engineer’s Office, Grahamstown.

EDWIN TORRENS BRISSENDEN; 15 years’ lease of 16 acres; adjoining Mr. Coates’ leasehold; the “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeweller’s Shop,” and opposite Murphy’s Hill; application notified in Gazette No. 39, dated 24th June, 1869, page 525; withdrawn 1st March, 1870.
