PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of the powers in me vested by the third clause of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby notify, for general information, that I have amended the boundaries of the Pukekura District under the said Act, as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this fourth day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

Former boundaries defined in Gazette No. 44, dated 26th September, 1867, page 417.
AMENDED BOUNDARIES.
Bounded towards the North by the Waikato River; towards the South-east by the confiscation boundary line as far as the Eastern angle of the parish of Puniu; towards the South-west and South by the North-eastern and part of the Northern boundary of the parish of Puniu aforesaid to the South-eastern angle of allotment No. 181 of the parish of Nga Roto; towards the West by the Eastern boundary of the parish of Nga Roto aforesaid; again towards the South by part of the Northern boundary of the parish of Nga Roto aforesaid, to the road which forms the Western boundary of allotment No. 301 of the parish of Te Rapa; and again towards the West by the road which forms the Western boundary of allotment No. 301 of the parish of Te Rapa aforesaid, and the western boundaries of allotments No. 303, 305, 308, 311, 312, and 312A of last named parish to its intersection by a stream, and by said stream in a North-easterly direction to its confluence with the Waikato River before mentioned, the place of commencement.

Between Albert John Nicholas, plaintiff; and Hata Paka and Karauria, defendants.
WHEREAS by Writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me ordering me that of the real and personal estate of the abovenamed Hata Paka and Karauria, I should cause to be made the sum of two hundred and seventy-five pounds six shillings and sixpence, together with interest upon the said sum at the rate of eight pounds per centum per annum, from the twenty-fourth day of September last, together with one pound thirteen shillings and fourpence...
