These are the boundaries—On the North side is the land of Henare Marino, called Pimiro; on the East side is the piece of land called Hauhau Pona mu, also belonging to Henare Marino; Te Ahuahu is on the South side; and on the West side is a piece of land called Whatitiri, belonging to Tipene
Tipene Whatitiri, near Te Waimate This piece of land is near Te Ahuahu. These are the boundaries—Pimiro is on the North side; Herepoho is on the East side; Herepoho is also on the South side; and Tangatapu is on the West
Matire Toha, Ihapera Kati, and Pairau Te Ngere Te Tipoki, near Te Waimate The boundaries are Te Patunga-o-te-tahataha, Whakataha, Waitangi, Taumata-tirepa, Te Whaiwhakaatu, Tamuretahi
Wiremu Hongi Te Ripi Te Totara, near Mawhe-Waimate Included in the Government land at Mawhe
Tau Whiorau Te Poratu, near Waimate Bounded on the North by Te Katene’s land; on the East by Government land; and on the South and West by land belonging to Maoris
Kahi Te Hura, Pene Wehi Taui, Tani Te Hura, and others Waiwhariki, near Ohaewai Commencing on the boundary of Tahungaopuoro by lines bearing 319° 45’ and 312° 34’, it comes to the boundary of Kaiwhakairi; it turns and reaches the boundary of Puketapu No. 1 on to No. 5; it turns and runs in the swamp, and comes to the Piriwai stream; it turns and runs along survey lines bearing 23° 36’ and 102° 56’, and meets the boundary of Ipurua; it comes to the Waiwhakatungangi stream, to Huvia, and Ngatokaturua; it turns to Te Tira and Waiparaheke; it turns to Te Kiripaka, and runs along a line bearing 8° 30’ to the Kanikau stream; it then goes to Te Waiwhariki and Haowhenua, and meets at the commencing point

The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Court House of the Resident Magistrate, Waimate.
