NATIVE LANDS COURT.
NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Te Waimate, Bay of Islands, on the 3rd of February, 1870, and following days.

| Pene Taui, Rahi Whiti, and others | Whaiwharikiki, near Ohaeawai | Commences at the peg marked E on Heta Te Haara’s boundary, and goes on to the peg of Kaiwhakairi; it then turns and goes along the boundary of Tahungaopuoro to the peg marked E; turns to the Waiwharikiki stream, and goes on to Puketaihau and Te Kiripaka; turns again and goes to Te Waiparaheka; again turns and goes to Te Tira; goes along the line of the peg marked I of the Ngatokaturua Block, and goes on to Ngatokaturua; there turns and goes on to Te Waikokowai until it reaches Te Piriti stream; then turns and goes along the line of Ipurua to the peg marked E; turns again and goes to the peg marked E at the commencement | Resident Magistrate, Waimate. |
