Hoani Toarauawhea, Te Reweti Rangi Kaiwhiria, Eruera Te Ngahu, Piniha, Matiu Poono, Te Pukeroa and others Tangiaro (main block), near Moehau Bounded on one side by the Tangiaro river, on another side by the division ridge of the Ngatitamatera land, coming from thence to Motutari to Te Matenga’s land, continues on and falls into the sea at the end of the Ngatinaunau boundary; all the pieces of land belonging to Ngatinaunau are included. ...

An Interlocutory Order has been issued for the undermentioned piece of land but the conditions of the Order have not been complied with.
