And I further give notice that the estate and interest of the said Hata Paka and Karauria in the said lands consists of an estate of inheritance in fee simple, free from incumbrance, and that the same has been taken by me in execution, at the suit of the said Albert John Nicholas, the execution creditor.

THE undersigned, MARTIN SHOLL, hereby make application to register the "Sacramento and Alabama United No. 1 Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865" and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely —

That the name and style of the Company is the "Sacramento and Alabama United No. 1 Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

The place of operations is at the Alabama Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty thousand Pounds sterling, in Twenty thousand shares of One Pound sterling each.

The amount already paid up is Nil and the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is the sum of Seventeen thousand four hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the Mine, and the expenditure heretofore incurred in working the same.

The name of the Manager is Martin Sholl.

The Office of the Company is at Albert-street, Grahamstown.
