I THE undersigned, Robert Gordon Macdonald, hereby make application to register “The Monte Christo Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is “The Monte Christo Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at the Otunui Block, Mangakirikiri Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-one thousand Pounds, in Twenty-one thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil; and the amount allotted in partly paid-up shares is the sum of Sixteen thousand Pounds, being the estimated value of the Company’s mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert Gordon Macdonald.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nil; and the amount allotted in partly paid-up shares is the sum of Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the Mine, and the expenditure heretofore incurred in working the same.
