NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Registered Office of "McIsaacs’ Gold Mining Company (Registered)" has this Day been transferred from Pollen-street, Shortland, to Fort-street, Auckland.

THE undersigned, HENRY MAHON JERVIS, hereby make application to register the "DAYSPRING GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is "The Dayspring Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand Pounds, in Twelve thousand shares of One Pound each.

The amount already paid up in cash is Nil; in allotted shares Nine thousand Pounds.

The name of the Manager is Henry Mahon Jervis.

The Office of the Company is at Pollen street, Grahamstown.
