THE undersigned, WILLIAM FINDLAY,
hereby make application to register "THE
LORD CLYDE GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGIS-
TERED)" under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," and
I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the
following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—

1. The name and style of the Company is
   "The Lord Clyde Gold Mining Company (Re-
   gistered)."

2. The place of operations is at the
   Karaka, at the Thames Gold Field, in the
   Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
   Zealand.

3. The nominal capital of the Company is,
   Eight thousand one hundred Pounds, in Four
   thousand and fifty Shares of Two Pounds
   each.

4. The amount already paid up is Seven
   thousand and eighty-seven Pounds ten
   shillings.

5. The name of the Manager is William
   Findlay.

6. The Office of the Company is at Owen-
   street, Grahamstown.
