NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Tauranga, on the 7th of April 1869, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Himiona Te Whakorewa, Matiu Waikura, and others Pakura, in the district of Tarawera and Paeroa Commencing at Pakura from thence to Te Ana-o-Te-Waru, Wairua, Te Tamoe, Hopuatua, Pokongawea, te Tutu, Turepo, Whakapapataringa, Te Komutumutu, Kai-a-ruahine, Kaketekete, Mangakokomuka, Ngakaro, Te Iwituaroa-o-Tamarakau, Otaketake, Takitoa, Tokiamanga, Te Ihiroa, Ngatiwhakauwe, Te Wairapukao, Rangitaiki, where the rivers meet it runs in Opari stream and goes ashore at Te Koangataheke; it then goes to Te Ahiwhakamura, Waitehouhi, Te Kauae, Te Ranga-a-ruatapu, Nga Wiro, and meets at Pakura. The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the Court House of the Resident Magistrate, Maketu.
Kipihana Whiua and others Tarewa, at Rotorua Commences at Tawera goes to Papatangi, Timaru, Te Paeroa, Matapura, Te Paiaka, Te Koaroaro-a-Hinepare, Te Mimi-o-Urumahora, Wharerangi, Te Onepu, Te Ware-o-Te Ariki, Huhriraurekau, Parekarangi, Pokaitu, Te Onepu, Makupopoi, Te Haretu, Te Pa-kakaho-a-te Rangi, Te Kapawhiti, Pukenaire, Horopapa, Omami, Otamatea, and meets at Tarewa.
Rawiri, Pauro, Kereopa, Tamati, Hoani, Hemana, Heremaia, Maihi, Hoani, Rawiri, Akuira, Rei Kiingi, Wano, Perema, Kiwi Ngatara, Kipihana Te Keho Horohoro, at Rotorua Commencing at Te Rauwhakapipi it then goes to Totarapuha, Te Umu-o-Tangaririo, Te Miropiwai, Rangitoto, Te Koare, Tauranga - Kaeaea, Whare-puarakau, Rahopaka, Te Keho, Ngahuinga, Potaitutu, Pohueroa, Onepu, Te Hei and meet at Te Rauwhakapipi.
