as Chairman of the Board; and the appointment of

WHEREAS, by a Notification published in the Auckland Provincial Government Gazette, dated 18th August, 1869, it was notified that it was intended to grant a Lease for Gold Mining purposes of Crown Land, situate near Hape Creek, Thames Gold Fields, to Andrew Burns and Daniel Gearey, upon their application dated the 14th day of July, 1869.

Now, therefore, I do hereby notify that the said applicants, Andrew Burns and Daniel Gearey, have withdrawn such application.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this eleventh day of October, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

WHEREAS by a Notification published in the Auckland Provincial Government Gazette, dated 28th September, 1869, it was notified that it was intended to grant a lease for Gold Mining purposes of Crown Land, situate near Shellback, Thames Goldfield, to the Moonbeam Gold Mining Company, upon W. B. Heath’s application, dated the 2nd day of September, 1869.

Now, therefore, I do hereby notify that the said applicant, W. B. Heath, has withdrawn such application.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this fourteenth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.

Now, therefore, I do hereby notify that the said applicant, Robert Lusk, has withdrawn such application.
