  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Hill, at the Thames Goldfield, in the province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand three hundred and seventy-five Pounds, in Two thousand four hundred and seventy-five shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nine thousand nine hundred Pounds, represented by the value of the mine.
