I, the undersigned, CHARLES ALEXANDER, hereby make application to register “The Little Republic Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The Little Republic Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at No. 2 Creek, Tapu, Thames District, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand and twenty Pounds, in Two thousand and four shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid up shares is the sum of Eight thousand and sixteen Pounds, being the estimated value of the Company’s claim.

  5. The name of the Manager is Charles Alexander.

  6. The Office of the Company is at 24, Queen-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:—

N.B.—To Highway Boards for publication of their Assessment Lists and Arrears, at the rate of fifteen shillings per folio of Gazette.

All private Notices or Advertisements intended for insertion in the Gazette, must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office, accompanied by pre-payment of the charge for Advertising, according to the rates above specified.

Such matter must be legibly written on one side of the paper only; and the number of insertions required must be signified in writing across the face of the copy.

The Government will not guarantee the publication of any such notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.

SUBSCRIPTION.

The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, or 10s. 6d. per quarter, payable in advance.

Subscriptions are required to terminate with the Quarters ending March, June, September, or December. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Copies of the Gazette may be obtained at the Superintendent’s Office, on payment of one shilling per copy.
