Boundaries—All that block or parcel of as the same is more particularly delineated
land containing about 20,000 acres, in the Parish of Toka Toka, County of Marsden,
Auckland, and being bounded on the north-east by the Parishes of Omaru and Malakoho, on the
south-east and south-west by the Wairoa River, and on the north-west by the south-
eastern boundary of the Toka Toka Block,
Number and description of stock upon the run (to commence with), 80 head of
great cattle.
