by make application to register "The
VICTORIA GOLD MINING COMPANY (Regis-
tered)," under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;"
and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my
belief and knowledge, true in every particu-
lar, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is
The VICTORIA GOLD MINING COMPANY
(REGISTERED).

The place of intended operations is the
Watershed Range, McIsaac’s Creek, Karaka,
Thames Goldfield.

The nominal capital of the Company is six
thousand four hundred pounds sterling, in
One thousand two hundred and eighty shares
of five pounds each.

The amount already paid up is Two
thousand four hundred pounds sterling.

The name of the Manager is John Gwyn-
eth, C.E.

The office of the Company is at Mr. John
Gwynneth’s, Grey-street, Shortland, in
the Province of Auckland.

true in every particular, namely:—

1st. The name and style of the Company
is the Cosmopolitan Lease Gold-mining
Company, Registered.

2nd. The place of intended operations is
at the Fiery Creek, Tararu, Thames Gold-
field, in the Province of Auckland.

3rd. The nominal capital of the Company
is Five Thousand Pounds, in Two thousand
shares of Two Pounds Ten Shillings each.

4th. The amount already paid up is nil.

5th. The name of the Manager is EDWARD
PRATT.

6th. The Office of the Company is at Mr.
Edward Pratt’s Office, No. 49, Queen-street,
Auckland.
