    pany is "The Nihil Desperandum Gold
    Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the
    Hauwai Creek, at the Coromandel Goldfield,
    in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony
    of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Thirty thousand Pounds, in Six thousand
    shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Twenty-
    four thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Lowther
    Broad.

  6. The Office of the Company is at the
    Royal Exchange, Grahamstown.

    "The Lady Bird and Hand of Friendship
    Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at Tinker’s
    Gully, Tararu at the Thames Goldfield, in the
    Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Sixty-eight thousand Pounds, in Thirteen
    thousand six hundred shares of Five Pounds
    each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Fifteen
    thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Lowther
