THE undersigned, William Barclay Heath, hereby make application to register “The English Mail Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is “The English Mail Gold Mining Company (Registered).”
  2. That the place of operations is at Murphy’s Hill, at the Thames Goldfield, in the province of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand.
  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Fourteen thousand four hundred Pounds, in Seven thousand two hundred shares of Two Pounds each.
  4. That the amount already paid up is Thirteen thousand five hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.
  5. That the name of the Manager is William Barclay Heath.
  6. That the Office of the Company is at Brown-street, Grahamstown.
  7. That the names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is “The Queen of Sheba Gold Mining Company (Registered).”
  2. That the place of operations is at the Waiho, Karaka Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is £12,000, in 4,800 shares of £2 10s. each.
  4. That the amount already paid up is Nine thousand six hundred Pounds, being estimated value of the mine.
  5. That the name of the Manager is William Barclay Heath.
  6. That the Office of the Company is in Brown-street, Grahamstown.
  7. That the names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The Don Pedro Gold Mining Company (Registered).”
  2. The place of operations is the Kuranui Spur, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand Pounds, in Two thousand shares of Five Pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is Eight thousand Pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is Richard Keals.
