PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that

Edward Francis Tole, Esq.,
has been duly licensed to act as a Gold Field and Mining Surveyor within the Province of Auckland.

THE undersigned, John Gwynneth,
hereby make application to register
“The Little Nell Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    “The Little Nell Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at the Wild Missouri Ridge, near Tararu Creek, Tararu Block, Thames Goldfield.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fifteen thousand Pounds (£15,000), in three thousand (3,000) shares, five Pounds (£5) each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nine thousand Pounds (£9,000).

  5. The name of the Manager is John Gwynneth.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Grey-street, Shortland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow:—
