gistered)." -
The place of operations is at the Karaka
Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province
of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. -
The nominal capital of the Company is
Twenty-four thousand Pounds, in Four thou-
sand eight hundred Shares of Five Pounds
each. -
The amount already paid up is Twenty-
