(Registered)," under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act,
1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is, to the
best of my belief and knowledge, true in every
particular, namely:—

  1. The name of the company is "The
    Eaglehawk Gold Mining Company, (Regis-tered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the
    Hape creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the
    Province of Auckland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Seven thousand five hundred Pounds, in
    Seven thousand five hundred shares of One
    Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Five
    thousand six hundred and twenty-five
    Pounds.

  5. The name of the manager is Andrew
    Beveridge.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Wyn-
    ham Chambers, Grey-street, Shortland.

  7. The names and several residences of the
    shareholders, and the number of shares held

Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely

best of my belief and knowledge, true in
every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    "The Golden Crown Gold Mining Company,
    Puriri, (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the
    Puriri, at the Thames Gold Field, in the
    Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Thirty thousand Pounds, in Thirty
    thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Twenty-
    nine thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert
    Morris Perston.
