  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Duke of Marlborough Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of operations is at Karaka Creek, Thames Goldfields.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-eight thousand Pounds, in Five thousand six hundred shares of Five Pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is Twenty-two thousand four hundred Pounds.
