Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely

  1. That the name and style of the Com-
    pany is “The Royal Standard Gold Mining
    Company (Registered).”

  2. That the place of operations is at
    Tararu.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Com-
    pany is Sixteen thousand eight hundred
    Pounds, in Sixteen thousand eight hundred
    shares of one Pound each.

  4. That the amount already paid up is
    Fourteen thousand seven hundred Pounds.

  5. That the name of the Manager is
    Lowther Broad.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in
    Owen-street, Grahamstown.
