  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Excelsior Gold Mining Company (Registered.)"

  2. The place of operations is the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand Pounds, in four thousand shares of Two Pounds Ten Shillings each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nine thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Henry White.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Wyndham street, city of Auckland, in the Province of Auckland.
