- That the name and style of the Company is “The Perseverance Gold-Mining Company (Registered).”
- That the place of operations is at Puriri, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
- That the nominal capital of the Company is Twelve thousand Pounds.
