THE undersigned, Nathaniel William Massey, hereby make application to Register "The Proof Positive Gold-mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Proof Positive Gold-mining Company."

  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Block, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-four thousand Pounds in Twenty-four thousand Shares of one Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Twenty-one thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Nathaniel William Massey.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Brown street, Graham’s Town.
