I, THE undersigned, WILLIAM ROWE, hereby make application to register “THE POVERTY AND CHARLESTON GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The Poverty and Charleston Gold Mining Company, (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is the Thames Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Forty-one thousand and six hundred pounds, in Four thousand one hundred and sixty shares of Ten pounds each, Nine pounds paid up.

  4. The amount already paid up is Thirty-seven thousand four hundred and forty pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is William Rowe.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Pollen-street, Shortland.

I, THE undersigned, GEORGE BENNETT JONES, hereby make application to register “THE ORIGINAL FAUGH-A-BALLAGH GOLD-MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is “The Original Faugh-a-Ballagh Gold-Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. That the place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand Pounds sterling, in Twelve hundred shares of Five Pounds sterling each.

  4. That the amount paid up is Three thousand six hundred Pounds sterling.

  5. That the name of the Manager is George Bennett Jones.

  6. That the Office of the Company is at No. 24, Queen-street, Auckland.

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The Wild Missouri Gold-Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek, Thames Goldfields.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Thirty-six thousand Pounds in Three thousand six hundred Shares of Ten Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Thirty-two thousand four hundred Pounds.
