I THE undersigned, Robert Henry Eyton,
hereby make application to Register the
"Star of the Sea Quartz-Mining Com-
pany (Registered)," under the provisions of
the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability
Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sin-
cereely declare that the following statement
is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is
the Star of the Sea Quartz-mining Company
(Registered). -
The place of operation is at the Karaka
Creek, Thames Goldfields. -
The nominal capital of the company is
five thousand pounds (£5,000), in one-thou-
sand shares of five pounds (£5) each. -
The amount already paid up is four
thousand pounds (£4,000). -
The name of the manager is Robert
Henry Eyton. -
The temporary Office of the company
is at 35, Queen-street, Auckland. -
The names and several residences of
the shareholders, and the number of shares
held by each, at this date, are as follow:—
