PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 20th May, 1869.

IT is hereby notified that the undersigned gentlemen have been duly licensed to act as Gold Field and Mining Surveyors:—

Henry Goldsmith, Esq.
W. C. Wright, Esq.
Samuel Harding, Esq.
D. M. Beere, Esq.
Robert McFarland, Esq.
Edwin Fairburn, Esq.

and that all other such Licences previously issued have been cancelled, according to notification in the Provincial Government Gazette, of date the 12th March, 1869.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, 18th May, 1869.

HEREBY notify for general information that, in pursuance of the second Clause of "The Vaccination Act, 1863," I have appointed

Joseph Ermsley, Esq., M.D.

to be a Medical Officer under the said Act, for the District of Raglan, as defined by Proclamation in the Provincial Government Gazette, bearing date the third day of September, 1864; and particularly for that portion of the said District which is contained in and adjacent to the Village of Otahuhu.

Hamilton Fishre, Esq.

and that all other such Licences previously issued have been cancelled, according to notification in the Provincial Government Gazette of date the 12th March, 1869.

In pursuance of the Quarantine Regulations in force within the Colony of New Zealand, I do hereby nominate and appoint

John William Williams, Esq., J.P., of Pakaraka, Bay of Islands, to be a Member of the Board of Health for the Port of Russell.

Given under my hand at Auckland this fifteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
