I HEREBY notify that all that piece or parcel of land mentioned in the schedule hereunderwritten, will, on Friday, the 26th day of February, 1869, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, be offered for lease by public auction, by Messrs. Cochrane and Son, at their auction mart, Fort Street, Auckland.
