LICENSES TO KILL AND SELL GAME.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 20th April, 1869.

IT is hereby notified for general information that Licenses to Kill and Sell Game are now issuable at this office, on payment of the prescribed fees, as under:

To kill Game ... £2 10 0
on land in the occupation of Licensee ... 0 1 0
To sell Game ... 5 0 0

The following is the form according to which all applications for Licenses to kill Game, upon land in the occupation of applicants, under "The Protection of Animals Act Amendment Act, 1868," must be made.


Application for License to Kill Game, under the provisions of "The Protection of Animals Act Amendment Act, 1868."

To his Honour the Superintendent.

I, the undersigned,
(Name in full, residence, and occupation)
hereby make application for a License, under the provisions of "The Protection of Animals Act Amendment Act, 1868," to kill Game on the land in (my) occupation
(or the occupation of)

situate at or near
and being
(Number of allotments, and name of parish and county.)

And I hereby tender the fee of one shilling for payment to the Provincial Treasurer.

Note.—Should the application be made for License to kill Game on land in the occupation of another, the written authority of the occupier must accompany it.
