NOTICE TO MARINERS.
MANUKAU HARBOUR.
Pilot Station, Manukau,
8th January, 1869.
NOTICE is hereby given that the “Tranmere” Shoal Buoy has shifted to the S.E. of the line of Beacons, at South Head, and Mariners are hereby cautioned to pay particular attention to the pointing of the Semaphore Arms at the Signal Station when approaching or leaving the Harbour.
Due notice will be given when the “Tranmere” Shoal Buoy is replaced.

I, THE undersigned, ROBERT MURRAY McTURK, hereby make application to register the EPSOM RISE GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED), under the provisions of the “Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—
