\nIN exercise and pursuance of the powers
\nvested in me by “The Weights and
\nMeasures Act, 1868,” I, Sir George Fergu-
\nson Bowen, G.C.M.G., the Governor of New
\nZealand, do hereby direct that the authorised
\ncopies of the Standard Weights and
\nMeasures issued and to be issued
\nunder the provisions of the said
\nAct to the Inspector of Weights and
\nMeasures for the Province named in the first
\ncolumn of the Schedule hereunder written,
\nshall be kept therein at the place of deposit,
\nthe name whereof is in the second column of
\nthe said Schedule set opposite the name of
\nthe said Province, and the building, the
\ndescription whereof is in the third column of
\nthe said Schedule set opposite the name of
\nsuch place of deposit.

\nness as General Cargo and Parcel
\nDelivery Company, under the style of R. M.
\nMcTurk & Co., do hereby mutually agree to
\nDissolve Partnership This Day so far as
\nregards Robert Murray McTurk and
\nGeorge Hart, and that all debts owing to
\nand by the Firm will be received and paid
\nby George Whittington, who will carry
\non the Business.

\nGOLDEN CROWN GOLD MINING COMPANY
\n(Registered) under the provisions of the
\nMining Companies Limited Liability Act,
\n1865; and I do solemnly and sincerely de-
\nclare that the following statement is to the
\nbest of my belief and knowledge true in
\nevery particular, namely:—

\n1. The name and style of the Company is
\nthe Golden Crown Gold Mining Company
\n(Registered).

\n2. The place of operations is situated be-
\ntween the Waiotahi and the Moanataiari
\nCreeks, Thames, District of Hauraki, Province
\nof Auckland.

\n3. The capital of the Company is One
\nhundred and ninety-two thousand pounds, in
\nOne hundred and ninety-two Shares, of One
\nthousand pounds each, paid up.

\n4. The name of the Manager is John
\nGoodall.

\n5. The Office of the Company is at Tookey’s
\nFlat, Graham’s Town.

\n6. The names in full and several residences
\nof the Shareholders and the number of Shares
\nheld by each at this date are as follows:—
