NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule here under written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Auckland, on the 27th day of April next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block. The Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Maraea Purewa Te Reiti Moanataiari, Waiotahi Commences at the beach, it goes on and turns and rises then goes on to Goodall's machine, it goes on, turns towards the South, it goes on and turns and goes down to the Meana Taiari River, it continues in that river, it then joins the commencing point. Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Haherata Tahoa Te Mihi nui Te Puru, near Kaueranga; it is surveyed. Commencing at the mouth of Puru River, it goes inland, and then turns and goes towards the sea to Karikatumahi; it runs along the sea beach to Taokono, and then goes to the mouth of the Puru River.
Aiho Pepene, Hori Aperahama Pararekai, near Kauaeranga; it is surveyed On the map of Pararekai.
Harata Patene, Rawiri Te Hautaku, Heneri Te Pauna, Ropata Te Rou me etahi atu. Te Huruhi West, at Waiheki; it is surveyed The boundary on the South, North, and West sides is the sea, the boundary on the East side is a surveyed line; a boundary for the land which have been granted to Messrs. Brown and Chisholm, the content of the land is 2,204 acres.

If these Lands are surveyed the Maps may be seen at the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
