NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder will be investigated at Auckland, on the 13th of April next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hori Pokai, Mata Tahuna Te Puruhi, at Waiheke Land belonging to the Governor is on the North, and Mr. Maxwell’s land on the South side.
Waata Hangata, Tapinta Kiwi, Mangatangi, Hauraki Poupipi is on the West, Matatuahu, Kukutaka and Te Poro on the North-West; the boundary continues on to Pukewharangi, Te Patu, Te Toki, Te Whare-o-Tuperoa, Pekekareturetu, and ascends to Te Poro; this is on the side of Mr. Porter’s land, viz. Tangaroto, Tokohu, Takapuwahia, Hauhaua, and comes to Te Whare-o-Tuperoa. Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Maihi te Hinaki
Honatana te Irirangi, Waiomanu, Maraetai Commencing at Ohinerangi, it goes along the beach to Papawiti, it continues on to Te Aute, Kakaramea, Te Poho, Te Mataniho and Waiarahi; it goes inland to the Westward to Te Whare-a-te-moa, and meets the source of Waihohonu; the line then follows the North-West and runs in the boundary of Patuturi and meets the commencing point on the beach at Ohinerangi.

Hori te Whetuki, Henare te Whetuki, Tiria te Whetuki Maraitai, at Hauraki The boundaries are on the map.
