Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 9th December, 1868.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 80th day of September last, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council under the authority of the Native Lands Act, 1865, and the Native Lands Act, 1867, that the claim of Piripi Te Amo to a piece of land called Te Tatua, situate at Taupo, in the District of Taupo, Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 18th day of April last, should be re-heard before the Judges and Assessors of the Court therein mentioned, or any of them, and that such re-hearing shall take place on the 5th day of March next:—

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Oruanui, Taupo, on the 5th March next, for the re-hearing of the aforesaid claim.

Nā, he panuitanga tēnei kia mohiotia ai, ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Māori ki Ōruanui, Taupō, a te 5 ngā rā o Maehe 1869, ki te whakawā tuarua i taua pīhi whenua i Te Tatua.
