I, THE undersigned, WILLIAM JOHN HURST, hereby make application to register "THE GRAND JUNCTION GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement, is to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The Grand Junction Gold Mining Company, Registered."
- The place of operations is the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland.
- The nominal capital of the Company is Three Thousand Six hundred pounds, in Two hundred and forty shares of Fifteen pounds each.
- The amount already paid up is Two Thousand four hundred pounds.
- The name of the Manager is William John Hurst.
- The Office of the Company is in Queen Street, in the City of Auckland, in the Province of Auckland.
