All private notices or advertisements intended for insertion in this Gazette must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office, accompanied by prepayment of the charge for advertising according to the rates above specified.
Such matter must be legibly written on one side of the paper only; and the number of insertions required must be signified in writing across the face of the copy.
The Government will not guarantee the publication of any such notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless prepaid.

THE Charges for Advertising in this Gazette are to be prepaid; and in cases where arrears have been permitted to arise, no future advertisements or notices will be inserted until such arrears have been paid.
