PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified for public information that Mr. T. B. Hill, of Auckland, and Mr. James La Trobe, of Raglan, have been appointed Collectors of Highway Rates for the Whaingaroa District.

ERRATA.

In Gazette, No. 53, 28th October, 1868, page 478, the notification of the names of Highway Trustees elected for the Town of Raglan District should be for the Whaingaroa District; and in Gazette No. 55, 3rd November, 1868, page 498, line 8, for "Monday, 17th November," read "Monday, 16th November."


TO THE WARDEN OF THE DISTRICT OF HAURAKI, PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.

THE undersigned, James Marshall Lennox, do hereby make application to register "The Golden Fleece Gold Mining Company (Registered)" under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statements to the best of my belief and knowledge, are true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Golden Fleece Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is situated at the Kuranui Creek, District of Hauraki, Province of Auckland, and Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The capital of the Company is One thousand two hundred and eighty pounds (1,280), in one hundred and twenty-eight (128) shares of Ten (10) pounds each.

  4. The paid-up capital of the Company is Eight hundred and ninety-six pounds (896).

  5. The Name of the Manager is James Marshall Lennox.

  6. The Office of the Company is at High-street, Auckland.

  7. The names, callings and residences of the Shareholders, and number of shares held by each are as follow:—
