THE DISTRICT OF KYBER PASS.
(Former boundaries detailed in Gazette, No. 58, vol. xvi., folios 541 and 542, 31st December, 1867.)

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the north by the southern boundary of section No. 34, of the city of Auckland, from Symonds-street to the Grafton Road; thence by Grafton Road aforesaid, the road bounding sec. No. 10 of the city aforesaid on the south, and Stanley-street to the road to the Government Domain, thence by said road and the northern and north-eastern limits of said Government Domain to the Brewery, and by said Brewery road to the Epsom Road; towards the east by the Epsom Road aforesaid, from the Brewery Road to the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 16, of section No. 6, of the suburbs of Auckland; towards the south by the southern boundary of allotment No. 16 aforesaid, and by the road which forms the southern boundaries of allotments Nos. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, all of Section No. 6 before mentioned, and by the road which forms the eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 1 and 2 of section No. 7, to the Newton Road, thence by said road to its junction with the Karangahape and Ponsonby Roads; and towards the north-west by the Karangahape Road aforesaid and Symonds-street to the place of commencement.

IN pursuance of the power in the Superintendent vested by the fourth section of “The Highways Act, 1867,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the District of KYBER PASS, and appoint the first meeting of the Electors to take place at Mr. Robertson’s Hotel, at the corner of Symonds-street and Kyber Pass Road, on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of September, instant, at seven o’clock in the evening.
