Fa. issued in this action and directed to me ordering me that of the real and personal estate of the above-named William Appleyard, I should cause to be made the sum of £80 10s, together with interest upon the said sum at the rate of £8 for every One Hundred Pounds by the year, together with £1 13s. 4d. for the said Writ and Warrant, besides Sheriff’s Poundage, Officers’ Fees, &c., from the Twentieth day of November, 1867.
