Tauspuku river to the south-eastern angle of the Maungataniwha block No. 3; on the south-east and south by the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Maungataniwha blocks Nos. 1, 2, and 3; on the west by the western boundary of Maungataniwha block No. 1, and by a right line from the north-western angle of said block to the north-eastern angle of Maungatete block; thence by the northern boundary of Maungatete block aforesaid, and the eastern boundaries of the Waiake and Ahurere blocks to the place of commencement.

Deceased, in the block of land called Ngawhitu, Bay of Islands District, Province of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Waimate, Bay of Islands, on the 1st of May next, will be heard the claim of Wi Hau to succeed to the interest of the late Komene Wi Hau.
