SIR,—We the undersigned, Electors of
the City of Auckland, believing it to
be desirable on the eve of the meeting of
Parliament, that some expression of opinion
should take place between the City constitu-
encies and their representatives, on the
present aspect of public affairs, request that
your Honor will be good enough to convene
a public meeting for that purpose, on such
day previous to the departure of the Mem-
bers for the south, as to your Honor shall
seem convenient.
