Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested by the forty-second section of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby delegate unto the Highway Trustees of the KAUKA-KAUKA District, the powers and authority vested in me, as Superintendent, by the fourth, fifth, and ninth Sections of "The Thistle Act, 1858."

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

IT is hereby notified for public information that the undermentioned Suburban allotments adjoining the Township of Raleigh (Waitara), will be offered for sale by auction on Saturday, the 15th day of February, 1868, at the upset prices named in the Schedule hereunto attached. The sale will be held at the Taranaki Institute, New Plymouth, and will commence at twelve o’clock in the morning.
