Landing.
His Excellency will land at the stairs prepared for the purpose on the end T of the Queen-street Wharf.

His Excellency, attended by Ministers and Naval and Military Officers, will be received on wharf by His Honor the Superintendent, who (attended by the proposer and seconder of the address, the Provincial Executive, and other officers as further enumerated), will present an address on behalf of the inhabitants of the Province.

His Excellency will proceed along the wharf, immediately followed, it is presumed, by the Guard of Honor; if not, by the Volunteer Rifles. As he reaches the City end of the wharf, the Volunteer Marine Artillery will fire a salute from Custom House Street West.
On reaching the City, His Excellency will receive an Address from the Chairman of the City Board.

The whole of this part of the procession at this place (Queen-street), to be under the immediate supervision and control of Mr. Police Commissioner Naughton, as City Marshal.
The procession to pass up Queen Street.
[It is assumed that the military Guard of Honor will march to their quarters.]
The Volunteer Cavalry will escort the Governor the whole way, as will also the Fire Brigade.
The Volunteer Rifles will file off at Victoria-street, and proceed to line the side path of the main entrance to Government House.
The Governor’s carriage, as above, will proceed by Wakefield-street, Symond-street, and Waterloo Quadrant, to the main entrance of Government House, Princes-street.
The Government Lawn (by permission) will be previously arranged for Sunday School Children.
The I.O.O.F. Fellows on either flank of the school children.

On arriving at Government House, the Address of the Superintendent and Provincial Council will be read, to be followed by Addresses of:

- A.O. Foresters.
- I.O. Rechabites.
and other addresses.
Memo. Copies of all Addresses to be furnished to His Honor the Superintendent on Wednesday, in order that they may be submitted to His Excellency as soon as the ship anchors.
