Amended Boundaries.
Bounded on the north by the Great South Road, from Hamlin’s Creek to the Portage Road, thence by the centre of the aforesaid Portage Road to a branch of the Tamaki River, and thence by the said branch to the Tamaki River aforesaid; on the east by the Tamaki River aforesaid, to the Great South Road; on the South by the Great South Road aforesaid, and the northern boundary of the Mangarei Highway District to the Manukau Harbour; and on the west by the Manukau Harbour aforesaid, and Hamlin’s Creek, to the Great South Road.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in me as Commissioner appointed by His Excellency the Governor, to carry out the Regulations for the Sale of Lands, taken for Settlement, under “The New Zealand Settlements Act, 1863,” in the Province of Auckland, I do hereby notify, that the Town Lands specified in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale by public auction, in accordance with the said Regulations, at the Waste Lands office, at Auckland, on the 3rd day of December, 1867.
