NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the abovenamed Petitioners are, on or before the twelfth day of November next, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Eden-crescent, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be held at the Court House aforesaid on WEDNESDAY, the thirteenth day of November next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the petitions of the abovenamed petitioners for the discharge of such of the above named petitioners as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.
